MAPI Consultancy at the forefront of Network Meta-analyses

Due to increasing demand for Network Meta-Analyses (NMA) of various stakeholders in the US and payers in Europe Mapi Consultancy's experience and expertise in this field is growing every day. Our Boston, London and Utrecht team members are engaged in NMA work every day and use this work as the starting point for economic models and HTA submissions.

  • We have performed about 60 indirect treatment comparisons and network meta-analyses in a wide range of indications since 2006.
  • We have published network meta-analysis methods for survival outcomes that are based on all the available information captured with the published survival curves.
  • We are now extending our expertise in network meta-analysis using patient level data in combination with published study level data to improve the validity of indirect comparisons.
  • We are a leading member of the ISPOR taskforce on indirect treatment comparisons and are currently chairing the development of a checklist to help decision-makers understand and use NMA in their decisions.
  • We lecture in academic settings and provide short courses at scientific conferences.
  • We have just completed a series of in-house workshops with European clients as well as a breakfast meeting open to all clients in Paris on April 6. These were all moderated by Jeroen Jansen, our Boston based VP, and leader of our NMA expertise worldwide.
  • Our specialists will be more than happy to plan a workshop just for you and your team, wherever your location is.

Please feel free to contact Jeroen Jansen jjansen@mapigroup.com in North America or Gert Bergman gbergman@mapigroup.com in Europe or Jean-Pierre Dreyfus, our Business Development Director jpdreyfus@mapigroup.com.
